Qualifications and Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes
Strong collaboration and documentation skills
Background checks and clearances as required for school employment
Job Duties
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide direct and group therapy services to students
Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
Support classroom staff in integrating communication strategies
Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
